Avis-Elsmere (8869 Avis) is the recipient of a 2019 AIA Detroit Building Award in the Small Project category. The award recognizes the project's consideration of "the relationship between place and its community stakeholders as a critical component of the architecture." The awards will be presented at the 2019 AIA Detroit Celebration of Architecture.
